Hi there!  Here are some of the most common questions we receive, if you have one and don’t see it, please don’t hesitate to send us an email.

  • Where are you located?
    We are located 130 meters from the main entrance go the Marino Ballena National Park, commonly known as the Whale’s Tail. When you get to Los Delfines Restauran follow our sign and turn right. Here is a map with our directions.  We are also listed on Waze, GoogleMaps, and can be found with a GPS.

    What kind of boat do you have?
    We launch from a national park, which means there is no marina.  Our boats are skiffs that have been adapted for diving.  As you can see below, our boats have an awning to protect you from the sun.

  • What should I bring?
    Gear rental is included in our prices.  Make sure to bring sunscreen, a hat/cap is always a good idea, if you are snorkeling rash guard or long-sleeved tee shirt to swim in.  Wear shoes that can get wet as we launch from a beach, sandals with straps are recommend.  We have filtered water and juice on the boat, however feel free to bring your own bottled water.  During the rainy season a rain jacket is a good idea.
  • Do you have parking?
    Yes, there is secure parking at the dive shop however you should never leave valuables in the car.  If you are checking out the day of the tour and have your luggage with you, you may leave it inside the dive shop.
  • Do you accept credit cards?
    Yes, we accept all mayor credit cards
  • Are there discounts?
    We are happy to offer reduced rates for those that pay in cash (colones or U.S. dollars).
  • Do you cater to food allergies?
    With enough notice we will do our best to accommodate your needs, our lunch always has a vegetarian option.  People with allergies to flour, wheat, or dairy should give us at least a two day notice so we can make sure to have an option available to you.
